	Nestled in the countryside, Casa da Cruz Alta was once a farmhouse and has been converted with great care to maintain the original character but with modern facilities including all electric kitchen. The lounge incorporates a fan assisted wood burning stove and both ensuite bedrooms have air conditioning (extra charge) which provide cooling in the heat of summer or heating in the cooler months.
		The large private pool (10m x 5m) has ample surrounding space for sunbathing during the day and becomes a romantic setting in the glow of the underwater pool lights at night (Pool towels provided.). The covered terrace, with marble top table, provides for alfresco dining in the shade or alternatively the larger main terrace has a ceramic tiled table located close to the gas fired barbecue which has proved very popular.
	The beautiful landscaped gardens include many exotic plants and fruit trees and strategically placed bench seats. There are many excellent restaurants in the area to suit all tastes, and generally the local restaurants are less crowded and offer much better value than restaurants on the coast and children are always made welcome. Maid service 3 days per week.
